Hello Everyone, It was great doing business with Jamie of Safe Cargo Transport. He was very prompt in securing a driver for my vehicle and kept me updated of every little detail. He even let go of his intial deposit fee when the driver demanded for more money just to ensure my vehicle was moved on time. This is the first time I have ever had a vehicle shipped. I bought a motorcycle on e-bay, and had to have it shipped home from Montana to Illinois. The first company I used left me hanging after taking a deposit. Then I talked with Jamie and Sara, they gave me a quote and estimated pick up and delivery dates. Jamie called me 2 days later stating there was a driver who could get my bike days early. Long story short, this was a 1-2-3 deal. Awesome service from them and the driver as well!

Previous vehicle transport company went out of business – found Safe Cargo Auto Transport on the Internet. Price quote was prompt, reasonable and there was no guessing as to when a transport vehicle would be ready. There were only a couple of spots left on the transport and Jamie was able to lock down a spot for me, even though I had not gotten any of the vehicle information from my local contact. Jamie facilitated the process – I always knew the status and there was followup afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the move. I was on vacation the week of arrival and others said the delivery was handled without any problem. Our company does not handle cash or do bank checks or money orders as was requested for the final payment. Jamie arranged it so that the carrier accepted a company check. This move was handled the way we expected but rarely achieved. Safe Cargo is going to me my car transport moving forward.
